PESLOCUS HEALTHCARE/PESLOCUS HC educational, mentoring, and training support is focused on developing countries in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Our terms and conditions cover our relationship and agreement between PESLOCUS HEALTHCARE/PESLOCUS HC as service provider and customers as service users/clients/delegates.

The training service (virtual) is wholly administered by our overseas associated company-PESLOCUS HC LIMITED ON BEHALF OF PESLOCUS HEALTHCARE UK LIMITED

2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

• 2.1 By virtue of your interaction with our service (website and personnel) there is an understanding of the importance of maintaining and protecting your privacy. When you enrol for our training and mentoring services, we would keep some personal identifiers to process orders. In addition, there may be requirements to check the authenticity of the document and information supplied as part of our process.

Some of this information include: your name, home or company address, email address, telephone number, payment details, etc. This information is kept secured. This information is required to process and fulfil your application, enrolment, etc, about the status of your order.

• 2.2 We ask for details of your email address when you register for any training program. We may use your email address to contact you. If we are unable to contact you by email, then we may contact you by any other suitable method reasonably available.
• 2.3 In order to fulfil our obligations under the Data Protection Acts, we do our utmost to prevent unauthorised access to your information by following very strict procedures about the storage and disclosure of your information. To protect against unauthorised access to your password and your computer ensure you log off when you have finished using your gadget. We do not retain your personal information on our database
• 2.4 We may abstract statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to be used internally, but such statistics will not include any personal on you.
• 2.5 We work closely with other organisations and individual who carry out certain functions on our behalf. Examples include training promotion and marketing, course evaluations, administrative roles, etc. They are provided with personal information necessary to perform that task and may not use it for other purposes.

3 Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you arising from our delay in fulfilling or failure to fulfil or otherwise discharge any of our obligations under the contract, to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

4 Prices

The prices for our services are the prices indicated in the promotional materials. This takes precedents over prices advertised or displayed anywhere else. Recommended fees for our services may change without prior notice and approval.

5. Placing Your Order

By placing an order to under any training or mentoring program with us, it is incumbent on all delegates to comply with the requirements-qualifications, pre-payments. Advanced reading, etc. We may decide to cancel a particular training program if we insufficient number. In this case, delegates will be refunded the full payment.

On the other hand, delegates that fail to attend the training will not be refunded any payment. Delegates that cancel due to ill health or other unforeseen circumstances within a week or more before the training will receive payment back less the administrative charges.

6 Information about the Course

Our facilitators are experts in their fields with years of experience behind them. Information supplied by our trainers are well researched, evidence-based and disseminated based on adequate preparations for each course. The company cannot be held accountable for an error in any of this information or its application.

Peslocus Healthcare/Peslocus HC shall have no liability for any losses or damages which might be suffered by a Client or any Delegate, whether such losses or damages are suffered directly or indirectly or are immediate or consequential. The company shall have no liability for any losses or damages suffered by the Client or any Delegate in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise that fall within any of the following categories arising out of or in connection with the provision of a training program and/or the use of or reliance on the Course Materials:

• a) Loss of profits, anticipated profits or revenues
• b) Failure to make anticipated savings
• c) Loss of business opportunity or contract
• d) Loss of goodwill or damage to reputation
• e) Loss or corruption of data
• f) Business interruption costs

Subject to Condition above the aggregate liability of Peslocus Healthcare arising out of, or in connection with provision of the Course and/or the use of or reliance on the Course Materials, whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the Course Fee.

7 Assignment and Subcontracting

• 7.1 Peslocus Healthcare may at any time assign, transfer, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Conditions to any third party or agent. We reserve the right to use qualified substitute facilitator to deliver training in the absence of the original instructor
•  7.2 The Client/delegate shall not, without the prior written consent of Peslocus Healthcare sell places on any of our training programs.
• 7.3 The Client shall not, without the prior written consent of Peslocus Healthcare assign, transfer or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under these Conditions.

8 Notices

• 8.1 All notices and communications shall be in writing and by phone. All correspondence should be directed to company’s email (training@peslocushc.com)
• 8.2 These terms and conditions, the contents and the training Programme constitute the entire understanding and agreement of the parties relating to the provision of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and Course Materials. This supersedes all prior written or oral communications, understandings and agreements relating to the provision of the Course and Course Materials.

9. PROPRIETARY OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• 9.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Peslocus HC website, Peslocus Healthcare is the Proprietor of all promotional materials, trademarks, brand, company names, publications, course content and materials, logos, copyrights on their website.
• 9.2 The Company grants the right to access the site for your personal and non-commercial purposes. The site and its content may be used, copied for your own personal and professional use. However, you may not modify, copy, distribute, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivate works from, transfer, or sell any information, or services obtained from company website, its content and any related material.

These conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to our services. This supersedes any previous agreements or understanding and may not be varied by you. All other terms and conditions expressed or implied by statute or otherwise but subject to exemptions or clauses indicated in the T&C
