Aquatic Therapy

Aquatic therapy (hydrotherapy) is the use of water for treatment, relaxation, maintenance of function, and other rehabilitative functions. It can be deployed for the restoration of function, maintaining physical well-being and relaxation, and for general fitness.

Aquatic therapy confers immense benefits to patients and users alike. This is due to the numerous qualities of water maintained at a therapeutic temperature, under the supervision of a highly qualified and trained Clinician.

Our expertise in the area was put to the test with the proposal for the reactivation of a previously abandoned pool in a Premier Teaching Hospital in West Africa.
